implemented its Callgistics application, which included a
series of Callme
buttons placed on a variety of pages for the Matrix Direct
website.
The
goals of ACP's service was designed to help:
1) "Close the loop," or complete the sale by connecting
an agent to
an interested buyer.
2) Improve customer service and give an interested buyer the
ability to talk to a
live person about insurance, a product considered by most
people complex
and hard to understand.
3) Track and report each call, from the time the caller was
connected to the time the caller hung up, which provided valuable
marketing material to help clients learn about their customers
needs.

The
application has proven to be a successful addition in grabbing
online shoppers from the Matrix Direct site and converting
them into buyers. Since its inception, the Callgistics service
has seen an increasing monthly click-through rate, ranging
from 4 to 6 percent.
Of
those that request a call back, roughly 15 percent purchase
a life policy. Matrix Direct has noted that its ROI (return
on investment) is excellent and is in the process of
adding five additional buttons to affiliate websites.
